Our Mississauga Showroom is looking for a Sales and Operations Support Consultant. The role of the consultant is to provide sales and operational support to our Associates. This role requires coming into the Mississauga showroom office daily. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a career opportunity in the cabinetry industry.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries from Associates and their customers
- Operate and resolve ADS (in house design program) helpdesk issues
- Inventory control and order product samples
- Assist in setting up new locations accounts
- Provide product knowledge and policy support to associates and internal staff
- Special design projects as required.
- Prepare quotes for employee kitchens and (depending on the situation) meet with client, design, fease, price and prepare paperwork. Follow up on orders and update work logs
- Update manuals, SOPs
- Train new Associates on product
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Design
- Experience working in cabinetry or builder industry preferred
- Excellent written/oral communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Working knowledge of Autocad or other design software an asset
- Able to work in a high pressure and/or deadline driven environment
